Due to recent marketing efforts, I have two buyers looking to purchase the following places this spring. Although I have some very nice places listed, they do not completely work for these buyers.

1. Level lot with good frontage featuring a 3 bedroom home. Price up to $325,000. They prefer the main part of the lake, but will settle for a cove with good frontage for swimming. The more room for sleeping kids, the better.

2. 3 Bedroom home in good condition on the main part of the lake. Prefer 3 bedrooms, but a larger 2 bedroom may work. Price up to $350,000.
